Our shipping times can generally be divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Our processing time consists of production, order verification, product personalization, product quality control and packaging. Due to the large number of orders, this currently accounts for 2-4 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, it typically arrives within 6-12 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

We hope you'll be pleased with your new purchase. However, if something isn't quite to your satisfaction, we're here to help. If you would like to exchange your order for something else or receive a refund, you can easily return it within 30 days of delivery.
